This is our 52nd year of bringing Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the EDHFA elves to El Dorado Hills. The Santa Run started in 1963 and we have not missed one since. Your elves are all volunteers from the El Dorado Hills Firefighters Association (EDHFA). The EDHFA is made up of both volunteer and career Firefighters and Administration. We are honored to keep this tradition alive and thriving in the community of El Dorado Hills.
This year if you are looking for a meaningful way to impact the lives of helpless and homeless animals, consider donating to the El Dorado County Animal Shelter. Donations can be dropped off at any of our Fire Stations.
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community. Toys for Tots boxes are now available at all 5 of our fire stations. Thank you for your donations!
