Conference Room Details

The El Dorado Hills Fire Department is pleased to offer the use of the station conference rooms to non-profit organizations in our community for official business purposes only.  Please keep in mind that the Department shall have priority for conference room usage and, if necessary, the Department may cancel any room reservation should a conflict with Department needs arise.  Alcohol and smoking are prohibited.  In order to avoid monopolization, the room will not be reserved on a regular, ongoing basis by any one organization; usage is limited to four times per calendar year. Scheduling will be made no earlier than 30 days prior to the meeting date.

To schedule a meeting in one of our meeting rooms, please complete the Conference Room Request Form.  *NOTE: If you are not using Outlook as your Email provider, you will need to complete the form, save it to your computer, and then attach it to an email through your Email provider (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.).  If you are using Outlook, you should be able to submit the form without saving it.

Groups using the rooms shall be responsible for set up and clean up. Please vacate the premises by the time indicated on the reservation and no later than 9:30 p.m. Except for the meeting room and public restrooms, the remainder of the Station is off-limits to attendees. A security deposit of $100 is required.
