Fireworks are Illegal
A reminder to El Dorado County residents: ALL Fireworks are ILLEGAL!
El Dorado County Municipal code 8.08.050 states: "Any person who uses, discharges or possesses any fireworks within the unincorporated territory of the county is guilty of a misdemeanor." If violated, you could go to jail for 6 months and pay a $500 fine.
