On March 3rd, the EDH Fire Board of Directors awarded a bid for the construction of the Fire Training Facility to DG Granade, Inc., a local company. The first phase of the Fire Training Center will include two live-fire training buildings that will resemble the type of home fires that our firefighters typically face. An outdoor classroom will also be included in the first phase which will allow for scenario debriefing as well as a show-then-do style of training.

The El Dorado Hills Fire Department Administration office will be closed on March 10, 2022 from 1:45 pm - 4:00 pm as we will be in attendance at the Groundbreaking ceremony of the El Dorado Hills Fire Training Center.
