Snake Removal Support from Your Local Fire Department
If you require snake assistance or removal, please call 911. The local dispatcher will notify and dispatch the nearest available fire department personnel to assist you.Until help arrives, here are a few important safety tips:
- Stay calm and keep a safe distance. Do not try to touch, capture, or kill the snake.
- Keep pets and children away from the area.
- If the snake is indoors, close the door to the room (if safe to do so) and place a towel at the bottom of the door to contain it.
- Keep an eye on the snake’s location from a safe distance so you can inform responders when they arrive.
Remember, our team is trained to assist in these situations and will respond as soon as possible.
