Community Access & Responsible Use
The El Dorado Hills Fire Department is pleased to offer our conference rooms to non-profit organizations within our community for official business purposes. Please review the following guidelines and policies before submitting your reservation request.
Reservation Guidelines:

Priority Use: The El Dorado Hills Fire Department retains priority for conference room usage. Reservations may be canceled if departmental needs arise.

Alcohol, Smoking, and Monetary Exchanges: Alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the property. Additionally, any monetary exchanges are not allowed.

Usage Limit: Each organization is limited to reserving the conference room up to four times per calendar year.

Reservation Timeframe: Reservations can only be made within 30 days of the meeting date.

Setup and Cleanup: Groups are responsible for setting up and cleaning up after their meetings. Please ensure that the premises are vacated by the end of your reservation time, no later than 9:30 p.m.

Room Access: Access is restricted to the meeting room and public restrooms only.

Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit is required for each reservation.

Maximum Occupancy: 114 People
Station 86 Conference Room
3670 Bass Lake Road, El Dorado Hills 95762
Maximum Occupancy: 20 People
Requesting a Conference Room:
- Please review the Policy for Use of a Meeting Room before submitting the request form.
- To reserve a conference room, complete the Conference Room Request Form below.
- Keep in mind that the Fire Department has first priority for room usage, and reservations may be canceled in the event of a scheduling conflict.
