The El Dorado Hills Fire Department (“Department”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide exterior painting and conditioning of concrete masonry unit (CMU) and brick surfaces at three of its facilities. The Department seeks a contractor experienced in exterior commercial painting, surface preparation, and preservation of concrete masonry unit (CMU) and brick façades in accordance with California building codes, environmental requirements, and industry best practices.

Release Request for Proposal: December 22, 2025
Site Visits by Proposer By appointment: January 5, 2026 to January 16, 2026
Deadline for Proposer Questions: January 22, 2026 by 2:00 PM PDT
Proposals Due: February 12, 2026 by 2:00 PM PDT
Notice of Intent to Award: February 24, 2026 by 4:00 PM PDT
Deadline for Protest: March 6, 2026, 2026 by 4:00 PM PDT
Estimated Contract Start Date: March 9, 2026
