The El Dorado Hills Fire Department (“Department”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide exterior painting and conditioning of concrete masonry unit (CMU) and brick surfaces at three of its facilities. The Department seeks a contractor experienced in exterior commercial painting, surface preparation, and preservation of concrete masonry unit (CMU) and brick façades in accordance with California building codes, environmental requirements, and industry best practices.

Notice of Intent to Award:  February 24, 2026 by 4:00 PM PDT
