The El Dorado Hills Fire Department is committed to helping train the community in lifesaving CPR. We teach classes according to American Heart Association guidelines, and charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of materials.
The current charge for Heartsaver CPR is $25, and $50 for Healthcare Provider. CPR students must be at least 12 years of age. All classes are hosted at Station 85 located at 1050 Wilson Blvd. All classes posted on the EDHFD web site are Heartsaver CPR. Healthcare Provider classes are scheduled on an as-needed basis; contact Ben Cowles to schedule an Healthcare Provider class for your group. Unless otherwise noted, all classes begin at 9 AM, and generally last 4-5 hours. We are more than happy to host special classes for businesses, community groups, parenting associations etc. Please email Ben Cowles This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
