El Dorado Hills Fire Department

In attempt to accommodate our citizens, the El Dorado Hills Fire Department allows usage of the station conference rooms to `non-profit' organizations.  Please keep in mind that the Department shall have first priority for conference room usage and community groups that have reserved the room may be cancelled should a conflict with Departmental needs arise.  Please complete the Conference Room Request Form  in order to schedule a date and time for usage.

El Dorado Hills Fire Department offers two conference rooms:

• Station 85 - 1050 Wilson Blvd., EDH (view layout)
• Station 86 - 3670 Bass Lake Rd., EDH

Attendees shall be limited to a maximum of 114 at Station 85 and 25 at Station 86.  The room shall not be calendared on a regular, on going basis by any one entity.  Groups using the rooms shall be responsible for set up and clean up.  Please vacate the premises by the time indicated on the reservation and no later than 10 p.m.  Except for the meeting room, kitchen and public restrooms, the remainder of the Station shall be considered off limits to attendees.

*The rooms are not conducive to youth activities.  Adults Only.
